The shipping box was fine, no snags or dents. According to the instructions, no sharp tool was used to open the box. was well packaged, sealed and protected. Oh-ed and ah-ed something I expected, expected and made happy. Then the opening of the 2nd stool. Evenly coated, securely packed and sealed. Here the pictures show what made my jaw drop. There's no way this could have happened at the time of delivery because (1) the box is fine, (2) the other stool is spotless, and finally (3) there are so many cracks and bent screws. It was packed like this. No, the only way to get it back is hard for me. The places they show me to get it back isn't worth the time and money it would take me to send it back but I'm really frustrated
