I've been using the speaker for a few days now and it works really well. I've only used it for audiobooks so far, so I can't say if the lights improve the experience (although they do work by changing as the reader speaks). The volume is good; I can easily listen to audiobooks in the shower (I have very loud water) and haven't had any moisture issues. I can't say more about the water resistance because I didn't use the stress test option. I haven't had to charge yet. My phone said it was about 60% charged when I first plugged it in and it didn't drop much. I couldn't go further than 15-20 feet without sound issues, although that may be due to the material my house is made of. There are several Wi-Fi dead zones, which can also limit Bluetooth. So far I'm basically satisfied. I hope I don't have to update with negative comments in the future.
