This is a late review. We received our first delivery within the guaranteed time frame BUT upon opening the item we were disappointed to find that the parts were wrong and the crib could not be assembled. We contacted Revain straight away via their website and were given a prompt replacement with free return shipping for the faulty crib. The replacement came within 4 days. The second crib received was fully functional, attention was paid to every detail and hardware, all parts were properly pre-drilled and correctly aligned without incident. I read some reviews that said "the holes weren't where they should have been". We have NOT found this. The bed is well made and well finished. Beautiful and without defects. We love this mini crib and appreciate the speed with which Revain overcame the hiccups. on the. I bought and use the Dream On Me 5 inch roll mattress and it fits perfectly. Yes I know it says you cannot use a mattress thicker than 3 inches. Well I am not a licensed childcare worker and I have raised 3 already. I guess by some miracle they all survived to adulthood. A 5 inch mattress is perfect.
