Product was great but unfortunately arrived damaged. The box was damaged and the reel was damaged. The reel had this gap shown in the photos throughout the reel down to the middle. I had to use paper because it was literally Christmas Eve. I don't know whose fault it is but it is an expensive item if it arrives damaged. It costs more than some of the Christmas gifts I've bought. The paper itself is amazing. It's really thick, feels really good, cuts well and the design is so charming. don't think twice about buying in the future, but I hope whoever packs them,
