This is the fourth type of internal camera I've tried. The other 3 sent back for various reasons. Poor image quality, no connection to network, poor mobile application. It was easy to set up and both cameras were up and running within 10 minutes. The picture is beautiful. Very crisp and clear. The mobile app is the best I've seen. It's so easy to set things up and responsive. I'm a techie and I'm critical of the travel destinations companies offer to non-tech savvy people. I give this company 5 stars! Great instructions and on their support site the instructions are excellent and very easy to use. The email notifications are great, but I really like the notifications on the mobile app. No delay in notification! It's very easy to take photos and email them or upload them to your phone. If you've been disappointed with other cameras you've ordered and are willing to give them up, I encourage you to try these out. It's just a beautiful and easy to use camera. A note. I have seen in reviews that people cannot access the camera outside of their home or local network. You need to contact your provider. My ISP requires port forwarding to be configured for security reasons. I knew this beforehand and set it up and had no problems. It's also great that you can format the SD card directly in the app! In addition, you can check and update the firmware version as soon as it becomes available. Very important! Thank you Tenvis for this wonderful and affordable camera!
