Update: I have been contacted by customer support to try to resolve this issue. They kindly contacted me and offered to send me a new replacement drum. I am grateful for that! I agree with other sellers who gave 1 star. I installed this product as specified by the manufacturer. I keep getting the message "Drum End Soon" even though I put a new one in and it doesn't print properly / leaves streaks on my paper and also doesn't print on the edges of the paper.
