It provides us with great opportunity to interact with our audience via social media as well as email communication. In addition it helps me manage my team's activities in various campaigns. I like that the system allows me to create customised reports. Some things could be improved such as being able to filter by campaign or time period. For example I would love if I was able to see how many leads have been generated from emails sent within last 15 minutes. We are solving one of the biggest challenges - we can now respond quickly to enquiries without having to wait days before getting a reply.
