Very helpful for managing different aspects related to eCommerce
The ease at which I can create new products without having any technical knowledge or experience has been amazing! There are also many templates available so you don't need much help when creating your own product catalogues either online through scalepad's website platform (which works offline as well)or via an API integration from other platforms like Salesforce/Hubspot etc..The reporting tools aren;t very detailed by default however they do provide some useful analytics - not sure if this will be enough though given how big our customer base gets now days!! But overall great tool! We've used them since day 1 because all inventory was manual before then hence there were lots errors / mistakes being made during stock taking process due mainly lack of automation back end wise. Now everything runs smoothly thanks mostly bcz i'm able run my business remotely even outside US hours!!
