I received my laptop today and was very impressed with its sleek design and touchscreen functionality. However, after the initial setup was complete, while my wife and I happily enjoyed YouTube movies, the laptop froze multiple times for no reason - I made sure all Windows updates were complete (i.e. Windows updates accepted and restarted multiple times). Make sure the laptop is using the power cord and has only attempted battery power. The symptoms are as follows: either the screen is completely frozen or there is no response from the keyboard. I had to hold down the power button for about 10 seconds to force the laptop to restart! There were about 8 such failures or more. piss off!
