This is junk. The frame is metal, but the bezel and dial are plastic. The so-called "scope" isn't really a useful feature - the site's lines aren't even perpendicular to the frame. Finally, the dial doesn't sit flat and rotates freely without a bit of wobble. It's exactly what you would expect in a dollar store or gift shop as novelty. By no means is a form or form an exact navigational tool as the description implies.
