I liked everything about this product. I received it quickly and undamaged, opened it and started the boot process. Within 20 minutes I had a hospital quality EKG on my HP computer with Windows 10 and 4 leads. I'm a retired medical professional with a degree in cardiovascular technology, so I was able to measure all components of the signals. The device and software also give a basic interpretation. I purchased this product to determine if I have benign PVC (premature ventricular contraction) or heart block, which could be a serious condition. As I don't have health insurance, this device and software allows me to do my own monitoring which would otherwise be expensive and time consuming. I haven't had time to explore the advanced features of the software yet, but it was easy to install from the website and easy to access and use often from the desktop icon on my laptop.
