The formula is good - I teach and do hot yoga and it withstands a sweat. Also, CGI isn't tested on animals anymore, so the stars are ready for it. However, the wand is so absurdly bizarre that I don't understand it and don't know how to describe it. All I can say is that sometimes simple is better. This design makes it difficult to apply evenly and leave clumps or mascara on my eyelid. Maybe I'm missing some knowledge on how to use this wand and why it's special.? But anyway, I'm baffled and wondering if they actually tested it or if an engineer just thought it looked cool.
