I like that you can customize to any business needs in one place with all of your contact info for emailing/phone calls etc., You get reports at each setting which is great if something changes during trial! My only dislike about imagine would be they don't do social media very well but there are other products out there who offer this service too so it's not necessarily an issue once figured it fit what my biz needed vs wanted then everything was easy peasy!! We have been able solve issues from having leads drop off after sending them information (too much info) or getting phone numbers wrong when calling potential customers as part of lead scoring process - solving those problems has made things run smoother now than ever before thanks to how simple yet powerful these systems make life easier. The biggest benefit? Our sales people love being contacted via CRM instead of cold-calling. No more lost time trying to track down.
