Review on Bird Eats Bug by Michael Lara

I love how easy it is to use. The reporting is very detailed and lets you know exactly what happened so you can easily track down the issue. It's also great that they offer support through email and phone calls. I wish there was an option to have all of my reports sent directly to me instead of having to go back and forth with them about the information. This is a great tool for bug tracking! It has made our process much more efficient. We are able to quickly identify issues that we would otherwise spend weeks trying to find.
