I like that it's easy for me as an admin, but also very user friendly when trying out new features or troubleshooting problems with our users' computers! Some things are hard at first because they're not intuitively obvious (like how you can install multiple versions), so make sure there is someone who knows about this product available if needed before making any purchasing decisions/decisions!! The ease-of use helps us keep up easily wtih deploying software across all departments within my organization--it makes life easier by having one central place where we know everything will be updated correctly without error from end until deployment day.
