The materials for this case are just plain poor quality, I feel like I could break it in half if I bend it a bit. I bought a cheaper hard case from another brand that felt much better but didn't have room for the Switch controllers, but I keep coming back to this as I don't like the durability of this case. For example, the zipper doesn't sit so well that I can see the thread already unraveling that attaches it to the case and I just received it. When you close the zipper, it looks very uneven and fragile. I'm really surprised by the bad quality. UPDATE: 5/1/17. After my poor review, Nina at Orzly contacted me and asked me to describe the issues I was having with the case. didn't meet their standards and they sent me a replacement from England (I live in New York, USA) - I just got a new case and it's much better, the laces aren't protruding anymore, the zippers are straight and the two sides are are perfectly symmetrical. - feels like a completely different product. You may have had a bad batch but the current case is great and I now highly recommend it, not to mention it's a company that stands behind its products. Thank you Nina and Orzley.
