I love this set of 4 scrapbooks with all sorts of cut outs and embellishments. They all have an antique feel suitable for postcards and scrapbook pages. Multiple pages of cards and one sheet of parchment in each pack are 5½" x 4". There are odd shaped pieces of paper that took me a while to figure out. But when folded, they turn into small 3" x 2½" envelopes that can be used as a pocket on one side of a postcard or scrapbook. There are 4 x 2¾" paper, 2½" squares, a selection of other paper sizes and vintage picture cutouts, napkins and some twine. Letters about Time and Space, Athena in a dream, Grassland and Lonely Alice. the title of each section. I love using these theme sets because they are color coordinated and the wide variety allows me to be creative. I don't like anything in the set, but I would like the set to include a few different or additional items. For example, all four sets have the same napkins and twine. I would also like a ribbon, buttons or other embellishments. I didn't look further but some companies have additional jewelry sets that can be matched to their paperwork. Maybe it's available and I'll just have to keep looking. Can they be used without additional decoration? Definitive. They are good for journals and for decorating notebooks or journals. There are many ways a person can use them. Colors are vibrant and images are printed clearly. For those who love nostalgia and vintage design, this would make a great and fun gift. Or just leave it to yourself. Here's what I'm going to do.
