I'm 130 pounds, 5ft 5", 32/34", "rotate 3 times a week but also like ice cream and tacos" and have a build. I ordered it in small and medium - sent back small. I have a butt and the small one makes me look fat while the medium one flatters me. I didn't notice any difference in cup size between the two sizes (the straps tie so just tighten to your liking). Looks just like all the ones that cost $50 in online stores.
