This clock is not accurate.
I bought this item specifically for my husband to monitor his blood oxygen and blood pressure. Not once has he provided accurate evidence. He always showed his BO as 98%, every time. He never had a level of 98%. He is usually in his upper 70s or low 80s. Never in the 90's. But every time he checked it the reading was 98, EVERY TIME THE SAME. It was also very difficult to stop it on BO. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Blood pressure was also very off.
