The strap came loose on one side after trying to put these shoes on by myself for 3 years. So I had to take both straps off, which was easy, but it was a little devastating for her because she chose a pair of orange dinosaurs from the many shoes we were looking at. But I don't regret the purchase. They came exactly like the picture.
