I usually love getting the best of the best no matter how much it costs. I was looking for heavy duty plates that are easy to clean and last a long time. Sure, expensive ceramic plates can look fancy, but they break and tear very easily, so you'll end up paying for more plates if you want them to keep looking good enough to show off. Then you have the sturdy cymbals that you find in restaurants. The problem with this is that the design isn't great and the finish wears off very easily, making it look very dated after a short period of time. This plate consists mostly of glass. Because of this, there is no finish or glaze to rub off. It's also lighter and will never break. They also take up less storage space. Not to mention that they are very cheap. The only drawback is the design. It's white, round and as plain as possible. Nothing to brag about. But it's normal. Why? I'm a guy and there's no one in my life telling me to buy good food, so utilitarianism is the name of the game when it comes to my purchasing decisions. That's why I choose this one.
