I really didn't know what to expect. I went shopping and bought the best pillow. The reviews seemed to be everywhere. But I went with you. And I'm so glad I did. First I will address anyone who is complaining about the smell. It doesn't smell that bad. Yes, it smells"new". But if you do exactly what they say, let it swell and air out, the smell will be gone in less than a day. Second, yes, it's absolutely flat. But then again, let him go UNflatten for a day or two and he'll get HUGE! I worked with my hands here and there, but not much. Yes, it comes pretty crowded. Packed to the brim. But I'm taller, both in height and weight. And it's SO SUPPORTIVE. It's strong, but I don't want it to fail. He supports me in various positions. Sit fully, bent over. It's really wonderful. I can't recommend it enough! Just so you know I'm a genuine reviewer I'll list the only downside I found. I received a pillow with additional neck support. I do not like that. It's a little unconvincing. It's not regulated. So it's not great. But I love everything else so much I can't fault this little thing. Because I'm sure some people like it. It is absolutely worth the price! Go ahead and splurge, you won't be disappointed!
