Pros below: Easy assembly, height adjustment of the armrests; backrest tilt adjustment (can be set straight, which is convenient for work); easy rolling wheels. Different cons: Very hard seat, from which the legs can numb; hard and concave top armrests (you will always crawl with your forearms along these edges); an unbelievably thick cushion as a lumbar support, reducing the depth of the seat; a pair of pads on the cross did not fully fit into the corresponding holes.
