This shirt has VERY stretchy, very soft material and is the most comfortable shirt I have ever worn. I will buy all other colors. This shirt has enough length while some of these "Asia" shirts are always short, raise your hands and you will see your belly. I can drop this shirt below the waist to the front pockets. I'm 5ft 6" 195 lbs muscular, 16+" biceps 46" chest and don't feel restricted at all. So if you have a more muscular build this is a very good shirt to highlight your build as the sleeves are higher sits biceps if you have a tummy it accentuates that a little extra as it is slightly stretched but form hugging I have a tall white and with a summer tan it looks really beautiful but not see through The label says 100% cotton , I don't know how because it stretches so much.I'll try to post pictures if that allows me after posting.Forget all those shirts from Asia you can't understand.Size because they're all on the All along the line this will definitely be too big in X-Large, even though I have broad shoulders and big biceps, the large size is perfect, I would say US size and you can choose smaller if you are a snug fit want
