I bought a Scoot drone to give my grandson for Christmas. It worked at first and we all loved it, but it didn't work the second time. I contacted them and let them know how much fun we had but it stopped working. You were amazing! They said they were glad to hear we had so much fun and that they wanted my grandson to stay happy. They wanted to see what they could do other than find another drone to broadcast. Next thing I know we have a new Scoot drone on our doorstep.
