After taking care of the broken screen, I was very upset. After checking with customer service, they processed my return and offered me one for free for the rush. It's not about getting something for me for free, it's about them giving me great customer service to make me happy and they want to go the extra mile to make the customer happy. Got my new monitor and it's great for gaming, I'm very happy with it.
