At first glance the bag is perfect. Durable, lots of storage space and waterproof. After about 2 months of use, the lock randomly reset and I couldn't get anything I loaded into it to work. No lock troubleshooting support. I had to cut the lock to get to my laptop. What good is a well-made bag with a lousy lock? Just spend a few bucks more for something solid with good support.
