Review on SwapMail by Pius Aponte

I like that it is easy to use, easy to set up, and easy to access via mobile devices. It's also really affordable! I wish there was more flexibility in terms of customization. For example, you can't change the font/color used for text messages or emails. Also, if you are trying to send an email from one person to another person within the same organization, it isn't always clear what recipient will actually be receiving the email. We're solving our problem of having multiple people in different locations who need to collaborate on documents, but don't want to have to constantly check their email accounts to see when they were last updated.
