Review on 🧴 Hada Labo Rohto Gokujyn Hyaluronic Acid Cleansing Foam - Effective 160ml Cleanser for Hydrated Skin by Stephanie Jonsson

I've spent most of my adult life searching for my own holy grail of facial cleansers, and here it is. After much frustration with other options, from the apricot scrub when we thought it was a good idea, to quality specialty store products. I've recently started reading about Asian skincare products online and decided to give them a try because why not – my previous routine wasn't good for me and it sounded tempting to start all over again. I added and changed products over time to see what really worked and to know if a particular product caused me any irritation or reactions. I have oily aging skin, so no wrinkles, but noticeable blackheads and blemishes after dinner. I started with an oily cleanser and my previous, more typical facial cleanser (Cetaphil) and didn't notice any major changes but didn't break. neither, so I replaced Cetaphil with this cleaner from Hada Labo. By the way, my skin looks great. Combined with an oily cleanser, my skin is super soft, looks more radiant (from the inside, not greasy) and - and! - Blackheads that had been stubborn for years began to disappear. In earnest. I've been using it regularly for the past three weeks and it just keeps getting better. The experience of using the cleaner is pleasant; It comes in a foam pump, so it's lightweight and doesn't take much. It foams more on the face, especially if like me you use a konjac sponge. It doesn't have a strong odor and doesn't smell too chemically, at least to my nose. It washes off easily and doesn't leave my face feeling tight or dry, even though, as I said, I have oily skin. However, other cleansers left my skin dehydrated; it's not like this. After cleansing, my face feels soft even without moisturizer and stays so for hours. I have since added a moisturizer and understand that the HLA in this cleanser is meant to help with absorption. I think so, although I have no scientific way of measuring it. I will definitely buy it again and hopefully forever or until my skin changes. Highly recommended.
