Royal Canin is usually good, but not always.
My cats love this food from Royal Canin but the last batch was runny. It was mostly gravy, you can shake the glass and hear the runny goo. Cats don't eat it. I wrote to Royal Canin and gave them the batch numbers but they didn't reply. I don't know what to do but it's expensive and if you order this way how do you get the exchange?
