Good quality but didn't fit me

This bag is very cute and well made. It also has a new bag smell when it arrives. My only issues with it are that you can't put a lot of stuff in it and it's already heavy before you put anything in it. As soon as I put my work laptop and some files and pens in it, after a few seconds my shoulder starts to hurt. For these reasons alone I don't use this bag anymore and it's a shame because it's really cute.
