Review on Gladiator Beard Oil Oz All Natural by Ali Saunders

Let me start by saying this is what one of the gentlemen I have followed on youtube says. The scent is amazing, lasts all day and is ready to penetrate the beard, which itself has five stars, but where they overdo it is the company listed below. So I ordered the oil and balm from Revains and received my package. 2 days later but when I opened the package I received 2 oils to my great surprise. I figured, well, I'll use them both if I like them, but let me confirm my order was correct. I checked my order history and it was correct to order the balm and oil. I then called Revain who refunded me the money for the balm and told me to keep the oil as they were unable to fulfill my requested order. After speaking to them I looked at the scan stickers and the problem was that the only oil had a balm sticker. When I found out about this I decided to contact the manufacturer to let them know what I found and to keep it in mind. Only to find that I received an email from them saying they would send me the balm for free. They will also include a letter of apology. So the next week I received a packet of balm and a letter. Finally a company that keeps its word and does everything for the customer. Thanks again for the balm and letter, Murray, and you will always have a customer. AP
