These are decent headphones. My teenage son has no complaints about the sound quality. The earbuds are snug and help block out other noise, and I can't hear any sound through his headphones when I'm 5-10 feet away from him. Please note this is a pair of EARPHONES and not a headset as the title incorrectly states. . [Edit: Title is now correct.] My son cannot adequately use this to play online video games and chat with his friends, but the manufacturer worked with me to get a discount on the right product, ASIN B08J7RZGXR. Also note that the USB cable only charges the batteries for the light-up cat ears. It doesn't work for audio input or output. Sound quality, noise cancellation (or at least isolation) and comfort get 5 stars. Neither the title nor the specs/description list USB support, so this was my fault and doesn't directly affect the star rating. But the misleading name indicating it's a headset reduces the overall rating to 3 stars. I would return it and leave it as is, maybe write to the seller and suggest a name change.
