Comfortable and light in skirts
The ruffle part is a bit wobbly. I know it adds volume to my hips when I wear it as a skirt and oh my god I don't need anything extra in that department but it says it's comfortable and I wear it a lot because I don't wear it anymore no matter what anyone thinks.
