ALAVIKING cotton running/jogging/exercise shorts are great. The shorts come in minimal packaging. There were no strange smells or chemical smells. The shorts don't wrinkle, so they don't need to be ironed before you wear them. I bought them in size XL (11-12) for my slim and petite older daughter. They fit her exactly as stated in the size chart. There's a good amount of stretch to adjust to a few sizes. I would recommend sticking with your usual sizing preferences. The tip is adjustable. The shorts are not too short and not see through at all. My daughter loves to relax, walk and run in it. Breathability and comfort are favorable. No loose bindings or seams. Washes well on a cold gentle cycle and I let it dry most days, but others that tumble on low heat work well too. You haven't lost any weight at all. There is a back pocket which is not normally used but is nice to have and gives the shorts a good look. I recommend!
