I like the fact that it helps you to understand how your customers are interacting with your website and also gives you ideas about where you need to improve and what areas of your business you need to focus on.
I dislike that it is an expensive solution for a small business, but if you have enough resources, then it could be worth it. There aren't many customisable features to make it more user friendly, so it isn't very intuitive at first. The software has made our customer experience management much easier than before.
