Use for running, of course. At first I hated it. I don't wear my running shorts tight and they hang down my right thigh where I wear them. In the end I just wore it. Then, after drinking from it, it splashes a little - it's mainly noise. I like being in the moment and focusing on form while running. No music. On my next run I tightened the running laces a bit (still comfortable) and got used to the very slight squeezing noise and it's fine now. (Ok, the squeezing still bothers me a bit, but. C'mon man) Certainly less of a strain than my camelback, and I can't think of a more efficient place to carry water. The magnetic clip works well - it stays in place when the bottle is removed/replaced with a bit of care. It's well thought out. Once I get to the point where I need two GIs for one run, I can buy another for the other hip.
