I think I've written about this topic before but I'm not sure so here it is again! Firstly, as far as I can remember, I didn't buy them in 10 pieces. I bought two separate CDs on sale for less than $10 years ago and both stopped working after being remastered and re-recorded less than 10 times and one of them was maybe even less than 3 times. I have a Phillips dual core home CD recorder, it was probably over 10 years ago when these CDs stopped working so maybe it was my burner that was the problem as I haven't tried other rewritable discs since. Recorder, I know post-CD recording still works today. I know other rewritable music CDs I've used in my burner went from 50 to 100 rewrites before they wore out. I've bought 100 recordable music CDs over the last 15-20 years and have come across up to 50 packs that didn't work. So while it's real bummer if 2 don't work, it's not funny at least in my experience.
