Review on KOOV Ceramic Butter Counter Capacity by Alex Montgomery

A nice little jar the size of a coffee cup. First you need to soften the butter so that the oil gets into the cloche. The bell is only in the jar, so the seal is water in the jar. Keeps fresh but not very soft. Stretchier than pulling it out of the fridge, but not as much as leaving it on the counter for hours. Works great with hot food. It would be nice if instructions on how to use the tin were included, but it is available in the description on Revain.
