The UI is very simple yet effective as it shows all data about my contacts at once which makes contact management much easier than before when I had to go one-by-one through lists. Also, having an option for multiple emails from different email accounts helps me manage work efficiently without wasting time sorting inboxes manually. I also really enjoy using its web version since this saves screen real estate even more! It's not always accurate - sometimes some updates appear after sending messages but don't reach recipients right away (it depends entirely on recipient behavior). Sometimes too many people get their ewmails sent out instead of only 1 person depending on how busy they may be. Managing clients' profiles has become extremely easy now that we have implemented our own solution. We used other products previously where each client was managed separately in separate tools; however, managing them together became tricky. This saved us quite a bit of trouble because everything works.
