This is a big ring I need a big stone, this is a new item. This ring is exactly what I was hoping for. We know it's a lab made "stone", in my humble opinion it's an epoxy creation polished to perfection. Eye is the ring is stunning, it's gorgeous in real life. Note: I could never afford and would never want anyone to buy me a natural opal of this size and beauty. There have been several natural opals in my life that have been passed down to my girls but none of them have been as beautiful as this ring. The frame is very tastefully made and complements the "opal". By the way, I choose stainless steel rings as my metal because it is a durable metal in my humble opinion and all the stainless steel rings I own always look like new with very little effort and because they are stainless steel. They don't seem to cause any allergies so my grandchildren can enjoy the outfits with peace of mind. Let's think further. For those of us who work as home cooks and hand wash kitchen utensils and utensils, rings are not allowed to be worn while cooking. I'll install mine in my window while I work. Opals are inherently fragile, I think lab creations are too. God I almost forgot to mention the size of the ring! So my size fits an 8. If this is your first jump, take a big rock. In case you didn't know, large stones move when carried due to the extra weight. This is the WORST thing I can think of about this ring. I'll have more fun with this ring than indulging in the food. I have NO regrets after the purchase. to me! Folks Pictures doesn't do this ring justice, but I really tried! I don't know if there is a limit to the number of posts. I posted 5-6 photos along with the review. Not to mention that I would pay more for the ring than I did. I'm just saying the price is just more than fair.
