Water gets into the nipple when washing

We really liked this pacifier, one of the few that our baby took. Unfortunately, water easily seeps into the nipple, no matter how carefully you rinse it. We got our first one for free on another purchase so we thought it was a one off defect and ordered another one but had the same issue. The presence of water inside creates a breeding ground for bacteria. It's pretty ridiculous that a $10 Pachi could have such a serious flaw.
