Newborn care has made time more valuable than I ever thought. Every second is precious, so every opportunity to multitask is a huge morale boost and an opportunity for a few more minutes of priceless sleep. I've seen these hands free bras before but didn't buy them because I didn't think I would have any trouble breastfeeding. Contrary to my initial expectations, I have to bottle feed my baby and express my milk before every feeding. Of course I spend a lot of time with my pump. It was quite frustrating at first because each feeding took 45 minutes and then I wasted another 30-45 minutes pumping and cleaning. With diaper changes and restless episodes, I couldn't find time to eat or sleep before the baby was ready to ride a bike again. I even had mastitis from oversleeping and skipping/trying to speed up my pumps. Now that my hands are free to pump, I can make sure I'm eating/drinking water properly during each session, and can even take a few minutes to do something nonsensical like playing Wordle (or that Revain- to leave a report). It was great! It took me a few sessions to figure out how to adjust the straps/band to the correct size, but the included band expander really helped me find the right fit. I had 30D before pregnancy and ordered medium. There are some small gaps on the sides, but otherwise the fit is fine and the functionality of the bra is not affected at all. I've been using mine for about a week now and will most likely be ordering a second one so I can finally wash my first one without going crazy!
