I usually wear US 18W pants and I'm 5.6 inches tall so I ordered 5x. The pants were a little short for regular pants, but cute, like capris. NOT strapless I ordered a pink that fits well and a black (same size) but it's smaller and I couldn't get the pants on all the way.
