Ideal for LED panels or monitors, head attaches to any hot shoe or cold shoe mount. The device can be tilted forwards and backwards by 45 degrees. There is no rotation, but you can install the screw and turn it in the direction you want before it locks. Obviously the incline will be uncomfortable. This is ideal when you want a head that tilts back and forth, but isn't for rotation.
