I wasn't interested in spending $20 for one pair of socks. I found this multi pack and am pleased. I've only worn 3 pair so I can't say how long they will last, but there's snow on the ground and my feet have not been cold. The softness is great too! My only "complaint" is that I thought they might go a bit higher up my leg. They aren't ankle socks, but they only go about 2" up, so if you need more sock, this one might not be for you.
