Review on 🧵 HONEYSEW Heavy Duty Needle Throat Plate for Singer 3321, 3323, 44S, 4411, 4423, 4452 Sewing Machines by Summer Hendricks

WARNING - this is not an exact replacement part - you will need your old plate for a new one. I still gave it five stars because once I did it and replaced the old record with this one, it works great! I've had problems with skipped stitches and after making sure the upper and bobbin threads are correct, the needle size is right for my fabric and the tension settings are correct, I'm still having problems. I've watched a few online videos on how to set the needle time, but that hasn't been a problem with my machine. One suggestion on a sewing machine forum was to check the needle plate for wear and indeed when I checked mine there were chips where the needle goes through to catch the bobbin thread. Instead of paying $100 to service the machine (Singer Heavy Duty 4411) that I only paid $130 for - or - to buy a new replacement machine, I ordered this part, and for less than $15 dollars with a small exchange of parts I got the machine working great. again! I suggest taking a picture of the back of the old plate so you know how the parts that need to be replaced fit together on the new plate. I'm VERY HAPPY that the machine is working again and I didn't have to spend a lot of money to fix it! I am ordering another plate for my backup machine in case either machine has another skipped stitch problem.
