I like that they are easy to use. Semi-easy to clean. But there are 2 holes in the part that screws on to the bottle and MILK COMES OUT! if milk gets high enough and too close to the valve part. Which leaves me with about an ounce and a half of empty space in the bottle. Also, it toots like a horn with every pump and it's LOUD and ended up waking up my baby, as I pump in the same room. The toot is really quite annoying. I thought I would be able to ignore it after a while, but the more I use it, the more irritated I've become. Toot, toot, toot, toot. for 10-20 minutes. It doesn't stop!
