I like how easy it was set up for our team! It's very intuitive which makes this product great right from start-to-finish. There isn't much we dislike about VOICESTANDUP. The customer service has been fantastic too. If you're looking at getting into voice recordings or want some extra training with your current staff - give them a call/email so they can help walk through setting things up properly within VOICESTAKEUPDAY (our internal tool). Make sure all members are trained well enough when doing setup as there will be questions along the way. We've gotten feedback back regarding clarity during calls since our first implementation but nothing major yet. Recording meetings via phone line helps us keep track of who said what without relying solely on written notes - plus having recorded conversations available after the fact enables quick reviews if needed.
