My company was looking for an inexpensive walkie talkie and headset that would work well in our 22,000 square foot building. We used Motorola walkie-talkies, but they were bulky, expensive to buy and repair. We read reviews about RETEVIS 15 radios and decided to give it a try. The radios are working fine at the moment. They bridge the required distance, are light and compact. However, there is a LOT of feedback when using headphones (sounds like someone randomly blowing a raspberry in your ear), and background noise when someone is speaking tends to be louder than the speaker. I'm ordering a different type of headset to make sure it's a headset and not the walkie-talkie itself. We really wanted these walkie-talkies to work for us, but for now it looks like we might have to give them back. We'll wait another week and try them with another headset. However, the jury is still out on whether the problems lie with the walkie-talkies themselves or with the headgear.
